When you call or submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you give us. That usually means your name, phone number, email address, suburb and a description of the bathroom or laundry. Calls may be recorded or logged so enquiries can be routed and followed up.
At a measure, photographs of the room may be taken, and you may choose to share documents such as strata by-laws, previous asbestos reports or plans.
Please do not send bank details, identity documents or other sensitive information through this website. We do not ask for them.
How it is used
To contact you about your enquiry, arrange a measure, prepare a quote and follow up. We do not use it for anything unrelated.
Who receives it
This is a referral website. Your details are passed to the licensed builder we work in partnership with so they can contact you, measure the room and provide a quote. Once you deal with them directly, they handle your information under their own privacy practices.
If a job involves asbestos, relevant details may be shared with a licensed asbestos removalist. If a job involves a strata property, details may be shared with the strata manager with your agreement. Information may be disclosed where the law requires it.
Service providers
We use third-party services to host this website, handle phone calls and manage enquiries. Those providers process information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to meet legal record-keeping requirements, then delete or de-identify them.
